I hope that you are delighted with your chosen jewelry, but if not, your purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please use our contact form before you return any items quoting your name, address, item name and the reason for the return.
Goods purchased online must be unworn and returned in perfect condition in their original packaging in order for a refund to be processed. If you return an item, it is highly recommended for your own safety to use the same delivery option that was used originally. Perlesa jewelry cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The customer's refund will be credited to the original purchaser's card and may take up to 7 working days for the money to be refunded back to your account. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Please note sometimes it may take up to 5 working days to dispatch your order as some pieces will be made once the order is received. You will always receive an email when your goods are dispatched.
No returns on:
- pierced earrings due to hygienic reasons
- bespoke or specially adapted jewellery as it has been specifically designed for the buyer
- sale items

When you submit your card details at the checkout, it is then securely processed with the Shopify platform. Perlesa jewellery does not store bank card details of customers. Personal details obtained through a subscription will not be disclosed to any third parties.
